Unetia Legal
Terms of Service
These terms apply to Unetia accounts, digital cards, website publishing, and commerce features.
Effective September 01, 2026
1. Service and accounts
An account is identified by the OAuth provider and its subject identifier. The same email from a different provider creates a separate account.
You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and legality of your content. Illegal content, infringement, malware, and conduct that harms service stability are prohibited.
2. Content and publishing
You retain ownership of your content and grant Unetia a non-exclusive license limited to operating, transmitting, backing up, and displaying the service.
Published versions may be retained as immutable artifacts for reliable delivery and recovery. Deletion follows legal retention and backup lifecycle requirements.
3. Fees
Paid membership follows the plan shown at purchase. Customer-site commerce records a platform fee of 5% (500 basis points) of the gross transaction amount, with the remainder recorded as seller receivable.
Payment processing, foreign exchange, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and statutory deductions may apply separately. Payouts require seller verification and settlement eligibility.
4. Suspension and liability
Service may be limited for security, incidents, maintenance, legal requirements, or policy violations. We take reasonable steps to reduce interruption and data loss.
To the extent permitted by law, indirect or special damages are limited absent wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
